- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 2 cups of pitted sour plums
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of honey (or sugar)
Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Ta-daaa! A sweet yet tangy smoothie!
